An unsentimental, witty, star-studded and intelligent story of four friends, one of whose last wishes are to have his ashes scattered from Margate pier. Together with his son, the remaining three set off to fulfill his request, and repeated flashbacks provide an insight into their enduring friendship. Absolute perfection!
