Ipswich Film Theatre - 26 January 2004 - 7.30pm Two childhood friends enlist in the Confederates' Bushwhackers and spend much of the Civil War fighting and avenging. The issues become clouded by the presence among them of a Negro friend. This sensitive film explains, by artful suggestion, how in a civil war there are only losers.
