Ipswich Film Theatre - 6 February 2012 - 7.30pm A mother and son live quietly together. One day a girl is brutally murdered and the son is charged with the killing. Now his mother must try to prove him innocent or else see him imprisoned. Comedy and drama collide in what could be this season’s The Secret in Their Eyes. AUDIENCE COMMENTS: Never underestimate the protective love of a mother for her son; Tedious start but ended up totally riveting; Gripping. Where did she get all the money; Lost its way somewhat. Too many unfinished character strands; Dismal and dreary with occasional scenes of grotesque violence.
