Ipswich Film Theatre - 14 October 2013 - 7.30pm Fifteen years on from his first appearance in the 1996 thriller, The Hunters, Erik Bäckström, a police interrogator, is sent back to his home town to investigate a brutal murder. Once again the Nordic landscape provides the ideal backdrop for a murky crime scene. AUDIENCE COMMENTS: Everything about this film was amazing. Never been so absorbed in a film before; Wallander on acid! Wallander on speed! Good as a Swedish thriller goes but like all the others, first half good, second half tedious.
