ROBOT AND FRANK

Ipswich Film Theatre - 17 November 2014 - 7.30pm Frank, father of two grown up children, could really do with some company and help around the house. It’s the near future, so his son buys him a robot. Initially horrified, Frank soon has his new companion trained up – but not as a gardener. The presentation begins with the short film This Way Out. AUDIENCE COMMENTS: Most entertaining – good story, told clearly and concisely and with great humour; Made me laugh, cry and think in equal measures; I want one! Far more enjoyable than I expected; Enjoyable, inventive but a bit over-complicated; Light-hearted twaddle with the occasional slap-stick moment.
