Ipswich Film Theatre - 2 December 2019 - 7.30pm Truffaut's most widely accessible film is also one close to his own heart, as it deals with the subject of film-making. He plays the director of the film within the film, the most unpromisingly titled Je vous présente Pamela, whose production is troubled by on-set crises and love affairs. A light, but satisfying, comedy, with a touch of poetry.
